Volunteer

Saved By Fate is a completely volunteer-run organization. Without our volunteers, we simply would not be successful in our mission of saving dogs.

As an owner of a bully breed rescue dog myself, I know that there are many common misconceptions about these types of dogs. In early 2022, I decided to take my passion for bully breeds to the next level and began looking for an organization that allowed me to learn more while also being able to connect with others who shared a common love for dogs. During my first year of volunteering, I helped educate 50 new volunteers and played a key role in placing over 100 dogs in forever homes.

Volunteering makes me happy. It makes me feel like I have a purpose. It allows me to surround myself with people that understand that these dogs are more than just a cute face or sad story. Rescue dogs can be the light of someone’s life. They can literally save someone. I like being able to share our success stories and change people’s opinions about bully breed dogs.”
