Topper is a chocolate tornado! He is always active and ready to go. Topper always has a toy in his mouth and loves to play. He loves water and is still trying to figure out that he can’t swim in his water dish. He is working hard on his housetraining and coming when called. He loves to give kisses and hugs! Topper has beautiful eyes and a brindle color to his coat.
