Samson is a 7–9 month old German Shepherd mix weighing about 38 pounds—the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy. He came in to a partnering KY shelter as a stray, but this funny little guy is ready to trade wandering for a backyard and a forever home of his own.
Samson is a high-energy, playful pup who absolutely lives for Jolly Balls. If one is nearby, he’s on a mission—tossing it around, chasing it, and showing off his athletic moves. His goofy personality and love for playtime make him a joy to watch.
He’s also a smart young dog who is already learning leash manners and basic commands. Because he’s so toy-motivated, training with Samson is both easy and fun.
Samson would thrive with an active forever family with whom he can get plenty of exercise and continue learning. A fenced yard for his beloved Jolly Ball sessions would be his dream!
