Rugby is the happiest puppy you’ll ever meet! He loves attention and always wants to cuddle up next to you. He’d do well in just about any forever home.
While in foster care, he’s been mastering crate and potty training and rarely has accidents. He sleeps in his crate quietly overnight. Rugby is a smart boy who learns quickly and is very food-motivated.
