Cleo is the smallest puppy in the Outer Banks litter, but she has a huge heart! She loves to be snuggled.
She is doing very well with her house training and she is usually the first to come when called. She prefers to play with stuffed animals and often carries them around the house. If you’re looking for a couch-potato with a little bit of spunk, Cleo’s your girl!
