Scarlett is a happy, talkative girl. She is estimated to be about 6 years old and weighs 60 pounds. Scarlett isn’t much for exploring; She would be happiest laying on the couch with her human and binge-watching their favorite series.
Scarlett has been in a long-term board and train program with Amber Schorpp of Core K9 Training (Richmond, KY) and her adopter will receive continued training sessions to ensure Scarlett is set up for success in her forever home. She is fully off-leash trained and knows basic obedience consisting of; sit, lay down, “place” (lay down on a cot until she is released), leave-it, loose leash walking and coming when called. Scarlett is also great with baths, and is working on getting better with trimming her nails!
At her trainer’s professional recommendation, Scarlett would be best as an only pet, but applicants who currently have a dog(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
